What Provue is
Provue is an assistant that carries out requests on your behalf with the providers behind them: booking a flight with an airline, a test with a laboratory, a voucher with a brand.
Provue is not the airline, the laboratory or the brand. The service itself is delivered by that provider, under their terms, and Provue arranges and pays for it on your instruction.
Prices and currency
All prices are shown and charged in Indian Rupees (INR), and may include applicable taxes. This mirrors clause 7.2 of the Terms of Service.
The price shown to you before you confirm is the price charged. Where a provider changes a fare or a fee between selection and confirmation, the new price is shown and confirmed again before any payment is taken.
Confirmation before payment
Nothing that costs money is charged without an explicit confirmation from you in that conversation. Nothing is ever purchased automatically on your behalf.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Provue does not store your full card details.
